- Hungarian law mandates you can only order contact lenses from opticians, medical doctors or webshops
- No prescription needs to be present when ordering. (Ie, you can order anything just using you old product packaging). However, we strongly recommend you consult a medical professional to make sure you get what you need. We provide a 30 days money back guarantee on un-opened boxes of lenses, but not on opened boxes

- You can buy products from the world's four largest manufacturers: Bausch and Lomb , Johnson and Johnson , Alcon and CooperVision . You can find all the products they sell in the country on our website
- We also sell solutions and color contact lenses from other manufacturers

Delivery time and costs
- eOptika keeps stock from most items, so we often ship immediately. The products we do not have on stock we ship as fast as any other optician would . Our system will tell you, during the ordering process, the estimated delivery time for your shipment.
- You can pick up your order from our store in downtown Budapest. Alternatively, we ship to newspaper stands for (www.pickpackpont.hu) or with a courier (www.sprinter.hu) for.
- You can pay in cash (office, newspapers, courier), Paypal (website) or with a credit card (website, store).
